Returns Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order
- Perishable items (e.g., frozen or raw food) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@rawsomepetnutrition.co.za with your order number, reason for the return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side
